By registering as an Onward Member, you can take advantage of a variety of membership programs, including a points service that can be used across all Onward Kashiyama brands.
There is no joining fee or annual fee.
The same login ID (email address) and password can be used on both PCs and smartphones.
Guest purchases are also available, allowing you to enjoy shopping without registering as an Onward Member.

3Enter basic information
Please enter your basic information required for membership registration.
After entering the information, click "Next"clickTapplease.
※Password setting
Please set a password using 6 to 32 alphanumeric characters.
We recommend that you choose a password that is not likely to be used by others or that is easy to guess.
4Enter your details
Please enter your details to register as a member.
5Please check the email newsletters and direct mail you would like to receive.
*You can change your news distribution list even after registering as a member.

6Check "I agree"
Please check the terms of use and if you agree, check "I agree" and click "Next".clickTapplease.

Please confirm your registration details and click "Register".clickTapplease.
An email confirming your registration will be sent to the address you registered.
*If you do not receive the registration completion email, the address you entered may be incorrect or you may need to change your email reception settings. If you do not receive the email, please check your email address from My Page.
*Various services will also be available at Onward Kashiyama shops that are part of the points service and online shopping sites that are part of Onward Members.
I can't register as a member!
In this case, the following reasons may be possible:

If you have previously registered with the same email address:
If you see the message "The email address you specified is already in use," this means that the same email address is already registered.
*If you have forgotten your previous registration details, please check from "Forgot your password?"

I forgot my password/I can't log in!
In this case, the following reasons may be possible:

If your membership registration has not been completed successfully
If you cannot confirm your password from the "Forgot your password?" section, your registration has not been completed successfully.
