1Click "Order details and procedures" for the order you wish to return.
Click on "Order details and procedures" from "Check order and delivery history" to view the details of your order history.
*Some items cannot be returned.
Please check "I want to return an ordered item".
*If you make a purchase without registering as an Onward Member (guest purchase), we cannot accept returns on your own. For inquiries about defective products, please check "Inquiries about defective products" under "Inquiries" and contact us with your "order number," "product number, color, and size of the product in question," and "details of the defect."
2Proceed to "Register your return".
Click the "Register return" button.
3Change the number of items you wish to return and select the reason for return.
Your order details will be displayed, so please change the number of items you wish to return and select the appropriate "Reason for Return."
If you select "Defective product" or "Different product received"
A text box will appear where you can enter the reason for your return.
Example: "A button came off."
* It is mandatory to enter the details of the return.
If you wish to exchange your item for the same item, please check the "I would like to exchange" box.
If you receive a different product, it will be exchanged for the correct product.
*If you check "I would like to exchange" but the item we can exchange is out of stock, we will refund your money.
Once we have inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the shipping date by email as soon as the replacement item is ready to be shipped.
4Click "Check your input"
Once you have completed entering all information, please press the "Confirm input" button.
5Click "Confirm"
Please check the details and press the "Confirm" button.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the product.
